ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW
Your merchandise journey with TrauMerch begins with a conversation about your mission. Our designers prepare artworks that show exactly how your items will look. After your approval, we create a sample based on our templates and send it to your address for review — or, if time is critical, we can move directly to production. Once confirmed, we handle full production and deliver the entire order to you.
We work with quantities as low as 50 units, making it easy for even small teams to get started. Some product categories begin at 100 or 250 units, which you can confirm in our catalogue or with your design team. Samples are produced as single units — or multiple samples if you want to test different designs.
One Day, One Week, One Month. Our motto holds for all standard orders — design in one day, samples in one week, delivery in one month. For larger projects or orders with special timelines may extend beyond one month, depending on complexity and volume. We'll provide an exact schedule tailored to your project.
Samples are not an extra — they are part of understanding your product. We always produce samples before final production. Only in cases of ultra-fast delivery, and if you agree, can we move directly to bulk production based on approved designs.
Sustainability is built into the way we work. We carefully select suppliers who hold certifications in eco-friendly production and materials. Every partner is reviewed through a strict internal process to ensure responsibility is present at every stage of production.
As an Austrian company, we issue invoices and calculate VAT in full compliance with European legislation. Our invoicing processes are structured for both single-person businesses and large corporations, ensuring correct and transparent documentation.
By default, orders are shipped to a single address. We are happy to send to a second address at no additional cost. For three or more delivery locations, we ask to discuss details with your sales manager, as additional fees may apply.
