    Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, Austrian law applies and the place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.

  • Shipping terms, lead times, and delivery costs are specified in the relevant quotation, order confirmation, or invoice.

    Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing. Production and dispatch begin only after final approval of order details and, where applicable, receipt of payment.

    Any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • As TraumerchTM works on a B2B and primarily made-to-order basis, cancellations, returns, and refunds are generally not available once production has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    If goods arrive defective, incomplete, or not in accordance with the confirmed order, the customer must notify us in writing without undue delay at sales@traumerch.com.

    Where a claim is accepted, we may provide replacement, correction, credit, or refund at our discretion and subject to the specific case.
