As TraumerchTM works on a B2B and primarily made-to-order basis, cancellations, returns, and refunds are generally not available once production has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If goods arrive defective, incomplete, or not in accordance with the confirmed order, the customer must notify us in writing without undue delay at sales@traumerch.com.

Where a claim is accepted, we may provide replacement, correction, credit, or refund at our discretion and subject to the specific case.
